Called NEE as some of my electrics has tripped, and the switch wouldnt go back up on fuse board. I got a ten minute free telephone consultation whereby NEE talked me through step by step to see what was causing the system to trip, and explained how to get the circuits back on. I called this company very late on Thursday evening before the Easter bank holiday. My power was out at home which meant my boiler wasnt working and no hot water or heating for myself and two young children. I had almost given up hope of finding someone to come out when Jim answered the phone and said he would be out within an hour. Jim and James arrived quickly and worked tirelessly to find the electrical fault causing the issue. They explained the issue to me at detail as well as pointing out other issues which were potentially serious electrical hazards in our home. We are so impressed at the dedication and professionalism of this father and son duo and found we were charged really fairly too.
