Whilst I appreciate the effects of Storm Arwen could not have been predicted and that 244,000 Northern Powergrid serviced properties were affected, there is no excuse for the paucity of communications from NPG to their customers during these trying times. Many are approaching their 3rd or 4th night with no electricity (and therefore no heating during a cold snap) and NPG have adopted a radio silence approach rather than keep us informed. Appalling!
