Had a great night at the Madras/ Jalfreizi class . Nick made us feel very welcome from the start and has everything so well organised with preprepared ingredients . The dishes we made were so authentic and I would recommend his classes and spice kits to everyone

We had the best time learning about curry and how to make a banging one at home. Nick was so welcoming and really knowledgeable, I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!

Excellent workshop. Nick was very thorough, putting everyone at ease and explaining everything step by step. The curry I cooked was the best I have ever cooked. As he would say it was banging. If you are a curry lover I would definitely recommend a visit. You will be amazed how relatively easy it is to make a great curry by following his method.

Really enjoyable evening making 2 delicious curries and onion bhajis, we had lots of fun and learned interesting skills and and tips.
