On two separate occasions this company has let me down. Firstly they fitted my Kitchen. The joiner quoted a date and it over ran by over a week and a half. Upon complaining to the boss, he was offended I was annoyed, getting quite aggressive. In the year it has been fitted we have since had to re seal a few panels and the flooring (which they also fitted). The most recent problem was the front door. Within 4 months of it being fitted, the lock bust. This is because it wasn't aligned with the door frame We replaced it off our own back (which we shouldn't have) however there was such a mess on to get the kitchen sorted, we just wanted to leave it. Throughout the year the door swells up and does not close. We asked them to come and look at this as it was not closing fully. We were quoted 55 call out charge as out of 12 month warranty.

1 new front door ordered and fitted within 4 weeks which is excellent considering the current situation we are all in, i was advised that once the doors were installed they might need a slight adjustment and sure enough they did. rang the company who then came out no problem and sorted it, already recommended this company to family and friends, thanks again lads!.

BEWARE - Purchased 5 internal doors in August with fitting coming several weeks later, when fitted I was advised the handles that I had also bought were out of stock, I was then playing email tennis prompting the company for some detail of when these handles would become available, I also advised that the edging of the doors were either partially or not painted and the bathroom door was "split in the mechanism area, the girl on the phone advised that this would be addressed when they came to put my handles once they came into stock. further emails were sent by myself requesting updates until eventually several weeks after the initial fitting they came to put the handles on, when challenged over the split, I was advised that this is common and they would glue the door ! , and in relation to the edging the paint would be sourced for me to paint the doors, not acceptable as when speaking with other suppliers, they confirmed the edging redress but they themselves painted the door edgings, however further tennis and I'm being advised I have to wait until January for the paint to come into stock, great doors but after sales and servicing shocking.

Quality of the solid oak doors are very good but had several revisits to rectify shoddy workmanship Door handles fell off two of the doors in the first couple of days To add insult to injury, one of them fell off AGAIN a week later The reason was that none of the door handles had the grub screws screwed in, despite me asking why they were not. The reply by two of the fitters was some handles need them and some dont- yours dont. The boss was astonished that they had said that One of the fitters wrecked the first door he fitted when he drilled it and put the wrong handle on - he had a box of 16 handles, 15 had circular handle plate and one was rectangular. So, he chose the rectangular one - the boss was not happy !! The two doors leading to our bedroom had handles fitted at different heights so they had to be replaced completely but this took 2 visits because one of the replacement bedroom doors had to be replaced again when a router went awry..... We are still are not happy about the fitting of the fire door to the garage. The owner thinks its fitted to an acceptable standard we do not.....
