I have 2 dogs with very different personalities and different behaviours.. Milan has helped to understand these and that we need to deal with them separately and each issue is different. We have had 3 home visits and has been some small changes already but they have made a massive difference to us! Were going to keep going and working on everything and cant wait to see what outcome we will have in the end would highly recommend Milan to anyone he has so much knowledge and patience, even with me never mind the dogs

Our 16 month old rescue Patterdale/Poodle cross hadnt been socialised or trained, was very reactive with other dogs and had some bad house habits too. Thanks to Milans extensive knowledge and experience hes come on leaps and bounds. We can now walk him without pulling, manage his reactions to other dogs, weve got improved recall and are now well equipped with training tools and techniques for outdoors and indoors.

We have seen such a difference when walking Bruno thanks to the help of Milan and his team. Before we had Milans helps Bruno was very difficult to walk, extremely pulley while on the leash, very reactive towards people and other dogs but thanks to Milans help Brunos walk have became more pleasurable and less stressful and he is a lot easier to manage because we had the amazing help from Milan. Bruno has came such a long way so 100% Definitely Recommend

We have learned lots from Milan and have been amazed how much our pup has learned in just four weeks. We now have a far greater awareness of our dogs behavioural cues and of how to respond to them in a supportive way in order to encourage helpful responses from her. Brilliant!

We have a very anxious 4 year old rescue dog, who we brought over with us from Singapore when we relocated back to the North-East last October. Daisy has always been quite reactive, especially with unfamiliar visitors (particularly men), and can lunge and growl at other dogs outside when they get too close. This became worse when we moved, with walks becoming stressful as Daisys behaviour was inconsistent and we felt we couldnt trust her not to react to situations which were too much for her to cope with. We decided to do Milans 4 week programme to help us to understand more about our dogs behaviour and how to set her up for success, encouraging positive interactions during our walks. Our main aim was for our dog to enjoy her new surroundings and make outings and walks more of a pleasant experiencefor everyone! Milan is very responsive to our dogs needs and does not try to push her too far out of her comfort zone. He takes the time during the session to make sure everyone (including me!) is comfortable and not stressed, and is really good at answering questions and explaining Daisys behaviour and what we can do to minimise her discomfort. Walks now are slowly becoming more relaxed, and we can see a light at the end of the tunnel! We still have a long way to go, and have actually signed up for another 4 weeks as I felt we needed some extra support and also so that we can also work on indoor behaviour. Training a dog (particularly an anxious and reactive one) is not easy however I would highly recommend the Smart Dogs training programme, as long as you are willing to put the work in and be open to Milans advice and recommendations.
