They're really good if they actually bother to call you when they're supposed to. I've had at least five appointments scheduled in the last two months to not actually receive a call at all. Don't expect an apology from them either as you won't get one let alone a text to say they've rescheduled or were unable to make the appointment.. Dr Gartside is probably the only nice doctor there as others simply brush you off without a care. God forbid you have an appointment with the nurse who will simply mock you for your poor mental health and lack of knowledge on birth control. (Isn't that what a consultation is for anyway? To gain information?) I will probably look for another surgery soon because I can't cope with the stress of this one any longer.

It is the worst GP I have seen in my life! The receptionist needs to be polite when she speaks with patients.
