        Absolutely disgraceful Practice manager, an outright liar and Should not be in the position she is in. what a shambles the NHS is. You will be hearing from me Kylie Graham when i put in that complaint an escalate this. I would not have been too bothered but for you to come to my car while my 2 year old son was in the car and argue with me at my window is Unacceptable. I will take this to the NHS after you also lied about the GP parking spots saying the GP's will be back to take their 7 parking bays that were empty. The GP's would be livid if they seen me wait in my car in their bays while waiting for my partner to collect a prescription. Oh and a nother gentleman parked in the same bays yet nobody came out to confront him in the whole 15 minutes he was there. Yet you came out to my car within 5 minutes thinking you can get away with your outrageous behaviour with a young lad. Well you chose the wrong person. Dr Pathan you will be hearing from me very soon. Or seeing me.
