        Absolutely incompetent from the reception staff to the doctors. Staff never pick up the phone to book an appointment and if you are lucky to get through, you'll be waiting another 6 weeks (approx) for an appointment. What's the point in waiting so long for an appointment? Educating the patients in wasting doctor's time and resources might help but they won't do that because they get paid either way. Doctors are generally useless too as they never offer any sound advice. The best they offer is to 'wait it out' and see if it improves - pathetic!
