Always there mics speaking to eachother no one's ever at the till and they don't even change the prices on the shelves put everything together thinking your getting a deal to be getting ripped off. I've seen in one frozen unit pizzas chicken and ice cream in one frozen unit. Come on now it's getting ridiculous now no wonder i buy a couple of items and leave. Garbage company. Been happening since it opened so don't give me I hope it improves my experience as it clearly hasn't improved one bit 13th April 2023 update. Still no improvement still same issue. I've contacted customer services and trading standards. Herons should be called king of false advertising.
