I never got my food and never got my money back very unhappy definitely taking a trip to this place if my money is not refunded, I waited half hour for them to confirm my order they declined it and kept my money!

Absolute disgrace ! Waited over an hour for my order ,once it eventually did arrive my order was completely messed up ,now Ive paid 3.80 for a can of coke theyve swapped instead off the 1.5 litre bottle I paid for !! My Nutella waffle didnt get bagged for some reason ? So didnt receive that either .. Ive rang and rang for a good hour no answer at all ! Would never order from here again or advise anyone to order from here , absolute bump and disgusting customer service ! Waste of money

I ordered the dookie pookie cookie dough supreme and their signature Sunday Funday High Baller Sundae. The quality of their dessert is second to none. The owners are lovely, and the story that comes with them touched my heart. I believe theyve been running this store for over 50 years and their family have a background in desserts which goes back many generations. House Of Sweets is the parent company of Candy Crush, House Of Sweets originally launched in 1752 in a small village in France and eventually relocated to the booming business area in Walker, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
