MONEY MATTERS: I contacted Money Matters, a branch of the Housing Advice center. The receptionists were kind and helpful. After taking details I was given a call back, within an hour! I missed the call but when I phoned back I was put straight through to "Lucy" She was incredibly helpful, with an understanding and friendly manner. Her knowledge of the subject was good and she signposted me to places that could help and gave advice on how to accurately fill out the forms! She was understanding of my dyslexia and the daily struggle we often face. She also said I should come straight back if I don't find help at the places she recommended. If you are having financial difficulties I highly recommend this service.
