Rosebrough Dental Practice

Very disappointed and shocked at the staff at this practice. There seems to be a lack of knowledge and communication between the staff as was told incorrect information and the staff did not take any responsibility for this, meaning I left without a check up being done. I was made to feel it was my fault as the customer and that shouldnt be the case. The staff were not bothered about me leaving with a good outcome and happy for me to move practices because of the issues today. Every time I come, there is different dentists which could explain something and there so never any consistency. I would avoid if possible.

I had a filling, gum treatment & cosmetic treatment with Rosebrough Dental Practice. Dr. Aditya, the way he explained options is very clear. He explained the treatment stages well ahead and performed the treatment with utmost care. Thank you so much Dr. Aditya, for my confident SMILE :). Our kids were looked after very well. I am glad I found this practice. I was desperately looking for an emergency appointment and tried few places before calling this practice. I was promptly given an appointment and looked after. I was examined by Adi , he immediately put me at ease with my apprehensions and recommended course of action for pain relief at first and designed a dental plan for coming months. Staff at reception were friendly and compassionate. I am happy I was seen by Adi and highly recommend this practice.
