great friendly staff who put you at ease and explain everything to you about your treatment and as for lisa the practise manger who takes multitasking to another level and allways with a cheerfull attitude I would just to thank her so much for sorting out a Christmas dental emergency for me were all I can say she went above and beyond to save the day once again thanks Lisa

I absolutely love coming to this practice. Have done for 20 years plus! Owner of the practice Bamdad, together with his practice manager Lisa are by far, two exceptional individuals. They make you feel so at home when you visit. Ive had lots of treatments here at Fawdon dental practice and so has my family. Lisa is so welcoming and Bamdad just puts you at ease as soon as you sit in his chair. And lets face it who can actually say they enjoy a visit to the dentist? Well. I can honestly say that I dont but having Bamdad as my dentist makes that experience so much more bearable. He makes me feel calm and safe and I know Im in the best hands. Between them, they offer you professional advice and its only ever about what they feel is the right treatment or option for you. Both lisa and Bamdad have a lot of expertise and knowledge between them and Everything is individually based and tailored to your needs. They are such friendly staff. Its not a huge practice so it can fill up pretty busy and it can feel hectic! But, this doesnt reflect on any of there customer service at all. Everybody who goes to this practice is given individual attention. They put their clients at the forefront of everything they do. Id only ever leave their practice if my dentist left or his wonderful practice manager.
