The whole family have been going to this surgery for years and I couldn't fault them. They saved my eldest's tooth when he managed to pull out his front adult tooth whole! Have had nothing but excellent treatment, advice and support. Can recommend.

Jack is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to Invisalign, and im so happy with my results that Jack created. My Invisalign journey wasnt the most straightforward (through no fault of Jacks) and he always went above and beyond to get me in on short notice/on his lunch to sort things as quickly as possible. Jack is more than happy to answer any questions and goes through the various options you have. If you are nervous at the dentist (im lucky not to be!) then you are in safe hands with Jack - him and his team provide a very relaxed atmosphere and talk you through everything. Could not recommend Jack more

Jack Dowling is a very patient, understanding, happy and professional member of staff, that leaves you with a great customer experience! He was runner up in Bristols heat after competing in the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh nationwide Dental Clinical Skills Competition. It is great to have someone of his expertise looking after my teeth!

I've been coming to Perfect Smile for over a decade now and they have never disappointed in terms of quality of service, friendliness and prices charged. I have one particular molar that has rejected four different filling attempts over the last three years, but PS dentists have never given up on this very sensitive and difficult tooth and my current dentist Jack finally cracked the problem by very slowly and carefully building layers of filling so as to cut out the sensitivity. The tooth is finally, I am delighted to have Jack as a dentist, and despite not having lived in Gosforth for years, I will never consider changing dentists as long as PS will have me! Thanks to the whole team for years of brilliant (and persistent) work.
