Optimum Cricket

First of all, the quality of the equipment is brilliant and I cant fault that at all. If you want good equipment at an affordable price its a great store, and I love that its family run. Hence the two stars On the other hand however, I phoned up as when I parked outside there was a sign saying private land so I made sure I could park there without getting a ticket by ringing the store. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded very disinterested and as I was saying I just wanted to make sure he put the phone down on me. I understand you mightve been busy but that wasnt nice at all. Finally, the older lady who served me, as she walked into the room with all the bats I greeted her and asked her if she was ok and there was no response at all. Again, I understand that you may have been busy, or you might not have been having a good day, but this is the second time Ive visited your store, and quite frankly as a customer, it is not a nice environment at all. I dont think I will be returning to optimum sports, and I never normally write reviews, but I left thinking i cant be the only person who has felt like this.

Brilliant. The quality of the equipment for the price is unbelievable. Ian and the guys are extremely welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend visiting before you spend big money on brands that are probably made in the same factory!
