Hi good people I would like, better still feel I must write another review for mail boxes Newcastle I have called them 3 or 4 times recently to collect pack and deliver lots that I had won at an auction house that they collect from. Each time I deal with them they are great on the phone. All I have to do is give them the auction house name and the auction date and lot numbers Sometimes they have been able to look at the lots from their office and quote immediately. The next time I hear from them is when they have picked up my items and its time to pay. Because I have so much faith in them I now pay by bank transfer. They then say when they will be able to ship my parcel ( which they have packed extremely well, your delicate items are packed really safely) so far all my parcels have arrived the next day. Other companies I have called for a collect pack and delivery quote charge much more than Mbe. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation ie needing something collected packed and delivered call these great people to do it for you because Im sure they actually care about getting it right. I apologise for length of review.

You will not go wrong using this branch of Mail Boxes Etc. in Newcastle-upon-Tyne to have antiques dispatched to other parts of the world. Andrew has been an invaluable, honest partner in sending several antique items to me over the years. All arrived properly packaged, and on time. The pricing is very fair. They are the best!

Just a quick note to praise Mailboxes Newcastle who collected and shipped an item from the north earth to south yorkshire for me. It was done quickly, smoothly and at a really fair price. The packing was second to none too. Thank you to Regan and Andrews for their communication and efficiency.
