They dont really care about people .doing noting For resident .I just want to damage them or my self right now .one of the worst Council in the world.1000s time call and email them but they did no answers .very very bad .

Absolutely appalling service. Over the last three weeks I have tried to contact Envirocall about fly tipping and overflowing bins. In total I was kept on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes and still have not been able to speak to anyone. Eventually I emailed a complaint through the channels suggested and havent even had an acknowledgment. Disgraceful! I will be storming the Civic Centre soon!!!

If I could give a zero I would !!! Have complained - through the avenues that you are supposed to- several times now over overhanging shrubs etc blocking a pavement. Had two completion dates & nothing been done by the council. Then, when I make a formal complaint Im told to give my reference numbers to Envirocall to complain or make another request - ever decreasing circles !!!! Very poor customer service.
