        The scan is fine, but unfortunately the promises smile direct make at the start of your treatment are false. The responses to requests are slow to non existent, and the treatment is ineffective. I've been on treatment since December 2019 (27 months and counting), and my teeth are barely different from when I started. The last 6 months I've been wearing the same set of aligners as I wait for an impression kit for a new "touch up" prescription, which will be the third "touch up" i've had; i've no idea why it is taking 6 months to send an impression kit. The whole process has been a waste of money and time ... avoid **Re the reply below, every time I email SmileDirect I either get no reply, or it takes weeks to reply, so I don't think there is any point in "reaching out"

        Updated!!! See below ..........This could not of been easier, the staff were very friendly and professional. The consultation was very simple and everything was explained in detail. Just have to wait for my results after 6 month, excited to get going!! SEE BELOW!! Update!! Waited ages and ages, May as well have false teeth, finally got my money back, dont promise something you cant deliver!!
