        If you are a landlord and have a property which needs to be rented out dont give it to Mahtab Chowdhury known as Mac. Always had to chase him up for rent payments. He would say he has had to do maintenance to a property and try to deduct it from your rent without ever informing you of any issues and never provide any receipts. Still waiting for him to open a unit in the High Street like he would boast.

        The landlord MAC doesn't do his job properly. I had many problems in my room and he never fixed it. I had to leave because of all the problems I had with my room. When I left he seemed understandable and told me he will do a goodwill gesture and consider giving my deposit back. Now he says I invent excuses and he tried his best to solve the situation! He is a thief, avoid his agency at all cost

        poor house share management. price not reasonable. not recommended at all. fixing takes ages and then will get second hand products.
