        Worst experience of buying a car ever. Visited Darlington branch in April was told they only had one car available only to find it hadnt been built was told car would be built begins of May which it was confirmed by salesperson. I am supposed to collect car tomorrow. Other garages have done private number plate had this to do myself. Asked if car could be register 1st September told no once car is at dealers has to be registered. I can honestly say its not the customer service I have had from other dealerships wish I had walked away from this. Hope the collection of the car is straight forward but have my doubts, after waiting over 6 hours for documents come online to sign document on line rang Lookers and said what is the problem i will come to showroom and sort it was told that wasnt allowed. I was dealing with a trainee salesman the business manager rang and said cancel I have put complaint in to vw uk and Lookers. I have since sorted a car all paperwork sorted in 20 minutes
