Wow they are slow. Bought over a month now via I-am sold and I hear today that they are still asking for information from the seller. We had hoped to have exchanged within the agreed 28 days - yet no fault of our own, Medway still not there. So what's the point of an auction style if things are not sorted prior to auction? 5 STARS!!! Very smooth customer experience from start to finish. Excellent guidance to understand the process, the documents and when everything is supposed to happen. I requested for the sale to happen in a certain timescale and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to others and would definitely use their services again.
