        got charged too much for a metal ruler, self checkouts are not hoof friendly! good notebook and hay selection horse menace will not be returning

        This is that third WH Smith Ive been in on my return trip home. They clearly need a new training department or improvement in their EVP to attract staff. Everyone looked stale or miserable and one I had to stop them serving me as they were complaining at anything I asked! Look after your people and they will look after your customers WH Smith.
