I was in this shop recently and 2 members of staff went above and beyond to help me find items. Linda at customer service and Betty from the shop floor were so kind and helpful. They couldnt have done more for me. Thank you so much, a credit to your company. First class

Brilliant big store with big food hall which has plenty of fresh produce to choose from from. The only downside is that they only have one set of tills upstairs, so there is a queue

Poor refund terms and conditions. 35 days is not long enough to deal with returns and exchanges when bought for a birthday present. Staff were unhelpful as computer said no.

We had sandwiches, a cake, two coffee for 17, which i thought was good value especially as the food was so well presented. I would recommend the cinnamon bun, but I wouldn't bother with the magic coffee, its not as nice as it looked.
