        I went with my Dad and my sister to buy a present for Mothers Day. Also some flowers for my Auntie's birthday. Luckily, we got what we wanted, so that was good.

        Tried to phone this store to check if something was in stock. It goes through to the main M&S switchboard who cant check stock in stores. Very frustrating.

        For a professional store like M&S, professional and trained staff should be used so that, like tonight, they have enough information to return the goods and not take the customer's time and have a nice manner. I am really sad about the Staffs behaviour tonight( on Wednesday 1 Feb) 2023)
