Very rude and arrogant. Waited 7 weeks for the quote, then mixed up the dates and in extremely rude way was told that Im out of georgafical location (not gosforth). They used to be a nice company but became too big and very picky about the jobs they are taking on. Have heard from few people that they are not happy with their work anymore

I used Giraffe recently to renovate my kitchen including fitting a new pitched roof. Despite lots of unexpected issues along the way due to the age of the house and the poor construction of the kitchen originally, they did a great job, really high quality and were very professional to deal with from start to finish. First class company. Highly recommended.

Acre Design is a small architectural design firm who try to use Giraffe on our projects whenever possible. They always turn out fantastic work, with a great eye for detail. They transform people homes, and subsequently lives by making the whole process of enlarging their home easy, letting my clients focus on how they are going to fit out the inside, they make our job so much easier. Happily recommend and do so on a weekly basis.
