Cant recommend Dan and his team enough. When we moved into our Victorian terrace we knew we wanted to keep the period features but also add Crittal style doors and other modern touches. Where other builders told us to rip out the period features, Dan fully understood the vision and gave us valuable advice as to how to achieve the look and finish we wanted. Both he and his team were super professional, punctual and friendly and ensured the process ran smoothly and to budget. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Shaw Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for a quality skilled builder and project manager.

We have now had our kitchen extension for 8 months... and absolutely love it. It has made such a difference to our way of living. Dan and his lads made a superb job and Dan's help and advice were invaluable. He is a perfectionist and this isn't always easy to find in the building trade. It was on a recommendation that we found Shaw home improvements and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. We will never go anywhere else.

We cant recommend shaws enough we had a kitchen extension and bathroom renovation. Dan gave us help and advice throughout the process. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The lads and tradesmen he has working for him are very hardworking and courteous. Sharon in the office keeps you updated with deliveries etc. and was very helpful if we had any queries. I definitely have no hesitation in recommending shaw home improvements

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for all significant forms of building work. I recently undertook what for me was a major building project involving the erection of an extension and a substantial porch, replacement of all downstairs flooring, replacement bathroom and new downstairs WC in a challenging location. Not knowing where to start I did some research online and was impressed with the professional nature of this companys website and the very positive customer testimonials. This professionalism was reflected from my first meeting with Dan Shaw until the completion of the project on schedule and within budget. All of the people who worked on the project were either employed directly by the company or were regularly contracted by the company and all were clearly highly competent in their particular areas of expertise. They were all polite and pleasant to deal with and showed abundant patience with my persistent and often nave questions. The whole project was overseen by Dan himself along with strong and efficient administrative support from the companys office. All minor issues were immediately resolved and numerous small improvements made at their suggestion were incorporated as the work progressed with the only additional costs being incurred with specific extras which I had requested. Five weeks on from completion no significant snagging issues have arisen. What I had anticipated would be a highly stressful process proved to be anything but.
