Took my phone in with the hopes of it being repaired, only to get my phone back with a lot more problems that werent there to begin with. For a start, I took it in to have my call speaker repaired/replaced, they told me it needed serviced. I agreed to the price and gave the go ahead, when I received my phone back the lock screen button no longer worked as it did beforehand, the screen now flickers, and all I can hear is crackly static when I am on the phone. When I took it back to question this they denied it all and refused refund, I should of took it to Apple in the first place, however this place was local to work. Now Apple wont touch my phone as it has had repairs elsewhere. Disgusting service and would never go back.

I cracked the glass on my Samsung Galaxy Note. I called few local businesses and was quoted 100 by each because they wanted to replace the glass AND the digitiser . Then i found Mac Tech Newcastle online and gave them a quick call and was quoted 50 ! i paid 10 for the extra coverage in the post ( Worth it i felt ) as it's about 750. I received my phone back today and i am very impressed with the quality of the repair , it's like factory fresh. I have to recommend these guys highly , Great job , good communication well done .

Went for a screen repair in the morning, got my phone back, in few hours fully functional. Best available service in the area.
