Really poor experience. Only a short slot and we were ignored for 20 mins. Apparently staff hadnt realise we had booked and thought we were a walk in, despite telling them we had a reservation. Tried to tell us to leave after 30 mins despite not even receiving drinks and making a reservation. Took staff another 15 mins for staff to get a bottle of wine (same stuff you get at Tesco) and two glasses. Only received the drinks after I complained and asked whether they would serve us or whether we should just leave. At least they gave a discount but it didnt make up for the worst service I have received in a bar or restaurant in Newcastle.

Wow what a venue!! Staff amazing from the moment we were great at the door til the moment we left. Knowledgable on all things wine and cocktails, always happy to recommend our second, third and fourth drink! Definitely recommend, beautiful venue for date nights or meeting with friends! Thank you WC cant wait to return :)
