Luisa has really supported us, as a family. My daughter has reflected how Luisa is very understanding and really engages with all issues raised and empathically reflects this. I immediately felt comfortable with Luisa. She allows for flexibility in her approach and methods, challenges appropriately and has supported me in working through some long held beliefs that were holding me back. Louisa is awesome, as a person who has been in the MH system for over 5/6 years inc stays in hospital Louisa is the first person Ive spoken to who refuses to treat my therapy as a educational book, willing to go around the norm to find a solution that works for me personally
