        Having been let down by two surveying companies and wasted a week when I needed some clarification on issues that had been found on a desktop survey for a house purchase I tried Wakefield's. I wish I had gone to them first. Tracey took my call asked me to put queries in an email and I had a phone call back from a surveyor within the hour(I don't expect it will always be that quick) who talked me through and explained the issues. Highly recommended will use again.

        The team at Wakefields were absolutely excellent; from initial phone call to completion of the survey and proposal works for our property they were outstanding ! Cannot recommend enough ! A great company with great people !
