Worst customer service ever experienced..!! Business leased a new Megane E-TECH with Terry Fleming - lasted approx. 1 week before the charging flap latch broke(apparently a common fault), vehicle returned and a given a temporary courtesy petrol Clio. Renault had no date for when the electric vehicle would be fixed as the part required had no lead time availability. After 6 weeks the car was finally repaired, in this time I had to pay the full payment for this vehicle at 600per month whilst driving a battered old Clio. Wassim Choudary the Renault "executive" customer service advisor after some negotiating (one sided) decided the compensation offer for paying full price (that's 900) would be a generous 200... If this is deemed acceptable and a generous offer then this will be my last ever dealings with Renault. Further action to be processed via the small claim courts. Avoid this place like the plague- unreliable cars and unrealistic, unreasonable staff. Once the deal is done you'll be binned off..!!
