        Visited cafe and was being served at 4-30pm refused toast as they closed at 5pm.Not a very good business acumen, on the plus side coffee was nice. Shame there were no toilets inside the cafe had to walk by children's department to get to them.Dont think I will be back there, would recommend other cafe in John Lewis much nicer and friendlier staff.

        Poor service. Ive never waited so long gif a cup of tea. 25 minutes. Woman making the hot drinks was v rude to an elderly lady asking how much longer her coffee would be. Unacceptable. Not a good advert for JL.
