        I come here with my mum sometimes. The coffee is good and service is okay. It can be really busy as you would expect from a city centre cafe. I haven't had the food yet as the menu doesn't necessarily cater to a sugar free diet but nowhere does really I guess. It would be great if there was a fruits selection or nuts for those who are more health conscious.

        Pretty poor service for M&S. The servers were too busy talking to each other whilst a long queue built up. I kept hearing people ask for certain items and the servers having to tell them "oh I'm sorry we have ran out" or "I'm sorry we don't". I wouldn't recommend this cafe and that is a shame as I have been in M&S cafes before and they have been fine. Give this one a miss.
