Ten weeks ago Mark and his team transformed an unused garage into a bespoke room with en-suite for my elderly Mam who after suffering a family bereavement and a fall, then the isolation caused through covid had literally found her world smaller and broken. Nothing was too much for Mark and his team, he just got it from the moment he came to give an estimate. I would highly recommend MGISD, their attention to detail has been phenomenal! My Mam moved into her new apartment yesterday and when someone who will be 90 this year says I feel like I have a future you know that the dream you had, the vision Mark foresaw has just come to fruition. Thank you Mark and your team, you are all amazing professional people who really carry out the most fabulous work at such a personal level

Over the past fifteen or so years that Heaton Property has been operating there have been very few decisions that we have had to make that require as much consideration as when we had to choose a company to assist with the repairs and refurbishment of properties under our management. When we deal with our clients we reassure them that we are the best at what we do and then deliver everything we promise. We expect the same from all of our contractors and MGISD have done just this. It is essential that the company appointed to do any work is competent, knowledgeable and understand the importance of the work they are doing.
