I never usually leave bad reviews, I always go directly to the manager for those communications as I would never want to damage anyone business if there can be a resolve. However, I have emailed Si and waited weeks for a reply with zero acknowledgement. I have to say its been interesting to see terrible reviews almost identical to my own and Si STILL treat their clients in the same unenthusiastic and abrupt way. I am really disappointed by my appointment. Firstly, the email confirmation I was sent had a link to maps which was completely wrong and took me somewhere 40 minutes away, when I clicked it again it was another address, again not the right one. When I finally had to go to the website to check the actual address I tried to call several times to let Si know that we would be late. There was no answer and it wasnt even ringing. When we arrived the rooms were absolutely freezing. We were not even offered a drink. I was then advised to look through the dresses and choose from the sale items, despite me not knowing which ones these would be. (I had let them know about my budget and time frame prior to the appointment) I chose a few and they were hung up for me to try. I was quickly advised that i was not allowed to take any photos. This was a concern in itself given that I am then expected to go home and decide whether I want to buy a dress or not, without being able to see it on my own body. I had also picked out a dress without realising was very clearly not my size and was very embarrassed to have someone else try to squeeze me into it. I wouldve thought the sizes would be checked before being handed over to try - again, they knew my size before I arrived. Overall, I honestly felt there was no enthusiasm, I was not comfortable and was generally deflated when I left. It was disappointing that a day that shouldve been very special was the bare minimum. Some of these dresses were over 5000 and the least I expected was to be offered a drink. The fact that the service is so bad that several people have felt the need to go out of their way to leave reviews as a warning to others really says it all. Sort it out.
