        Warning do not shop online with havetolove. Dont do it! I would give minus a star if I could. What an awful experience and mistreatment of a first time customer. The owner only cares about taking your money but not about responding to you as a paying customer or refunding you. After several emails - no replies so I have now formally raised a claim to get my refund. Item took 3 weeks to arrive despite being sent by 48 hour courier two days before. Dress was far too small more like an 8-10 than 12 then radio silence when I requested a refund- no one picks up the phone line no replies to emails. So if you want to end up in the same regretful situation as me go ahead and order something online....

        Love this shop! The customer service is excellent nothing is too much trouble. The clothes are always a little bit different and well priced for the quality A perfect place to treat yourself!

        Have To Love is the best independent retailer in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The customer service in store and online is impeccable. All clothes are on trend, affordable and great quality. There is always something new on offer and the owner continues to develop her business to suit her market. The atmosphere is very friendly. Coffee or drinks are served and a personal service is offered to help you choose your style. Nothing is a problem. Once you enter this boutique I can guarantee you will always return. Highly recommended it .
