        Totally false advertising. 3x I have been to get lip + eyeliner. Lou refused to do me red lip liner, leaving a vague outline, which was slightly off my lip line. Asked for eyeliner 3x under my lash line & got tattood in my lash line only, I took pictures afterwards in disbelief. . Left with 1/4 of my eyes done, absolute mess. Will not go back. Have had a reliable professional elsewhere do my make up now . Do not recommend!
