        I will not get a piercing from anywhere else again. I'm a big baby, and I was put at ease by the staff the second I entered the store. The person on the front desk was super helpful, and the piercer was super reassuring. They kept me informed of every step of the way, and were very patient with me.

        Whilst visiting Newcastle I needed a jewelry change and found Blue Lotus on google. Booking an appointment online was really easy. I arrived for my appointment a bit early and was made to feel very welcome. I was shown a variety of nose studs and advised what was best for me. The lady that changed my stud was so lovely and friendly. The place is so clean and you can see hygiene is top priority. She even found out the name of my local jewelry stockist. I cant recommend the guys enough and will definitely be visiting again when I'm back in Newcastle.
