Please AVOID! Awful company and terrible standards. We've had multiple issues with Baileys Blinds. 1) They told us on the day they were due to fit our blinds we would be delayed for the second time - we've planned our day around them, and they let us down. We've waited over 6 weeks for blinds now. We asked for compensation (due to use removing our temporary blinds, cost of dog care, time off work we took etc) but they offer a tiny, insulting amount. 2) Later, when they came to fit 3 rollers (whilst we waited for the rest of the delayed order), they damaged a window (1 ft scratch across the window pane). But because the "fitter" didn't declare it, apparently "it didn't happen" and "wasn't them" - therefore they wont fix the problem for us. There excuse was that the window fitter works at the top of the window, not the middle/bottom where the scratch was!! What a great excuse. (see photo) So now we have to pay to fix replace our window 3) They came with the wrong colour blind for our rollers in our main bathroom - so we have to wait longer until they come back with the correct colour blind. 4) The customer service is shockingly bad - the main office you call really don't care, they don't take responsibility for delays, they promise call backs that never happen, they sound very uninterested and probably don't want to be there. Please, please go elsewhere, I wish we did - and now we are out of pocket.

Amazing experience from start to end. Free estimate, reasonable price. The employee who came out to measure and go through styles etc was on time, efficient, friendly and honest. He explained the whole process which was great and I even got the cost there and then which is perfect for collecting quotes. I was so happy with the price and service, just 5 minutes after he left I called and booked in, paying 50% as my despoist and then the other once job completed which can be done by card machine in your home. They rang me as soon as my blinds were available and had a number of days and times for fitting. The man who came to fit the blinds was lovely and I couldn't believe how quickly he fitted them, he did 6 blinds in under 30 minutes. The whole process was seamless and I couldn't recommend this company enough. One photo available below
