Terrible. Came out to measure up, said that the blinds I wanted would not fit on my patio doors. He advised me that I would need to make some alteration i.e. Pack the handle out so the blind would fit. He left the pieces to make the changes, I took the handles off and did as he said. I took a picture and sent it to him as requested with a message. No response at all. A simple no would have sufficed instead of just ignoring me. Disgusting customer service. I managed to get hold of another company and they came out within a week and said the same blind for my patio door could be done without having to take handles off. Guess what, as of today it has been done, professional and good customer service. Stay clear he will just ignore you. I should have believed the reviews that I read.

They dont even know how to answer a phone never mind getting booked in or getting quotes. Worst service

I have Used BM blinds in my last and current home and I will be moving again at the end of the month. I honestly couldnt fault their service. The blind fittings have always been perfect and are good quality, price is decent and including fitting the cheapest company I have found so far. Receptionist is always lovely. I would highly recommend them.
