        The sales woman working for DIOR at Newcastle Eldon Square boots was very unwelcoming when I enqiure about a product of theirs. She was hesistant in showing me a product and said 'it is just there you know.' I wanted to know about a Dior eyebrow pencil before purchasing. She was clearly not happy to serve customers and happier to be arranging/wiping the countertop. I went on to purchase an Anastasia Brow Pencil from the Anastiasia booth, was served by a nice woman (I believe she works for Lancome) but is very kind to help .

        Met a wonderful lady called Helen today on the estee lauder counter I was asking about a free sample of foundation she talked me through the best one for me and gave me a little makeover came away feeling like a million dollars
