Paul was absolutely fantastic. I have had my hair coloured and cut all over the world, and I can say the colour, cut and the experience at Collective was world class. Recently moved from London so I very happy to have found this salon. The whole experience is very tailored to you, from assessing your hair, to testing it, and educating you on what it needs. I can't thank Paul and the team enough for their exceptional service. My hair looks absolutely beautiful and Paul managed to get it exactly how I wanted it. This was also a colour correction from a previous disaster at a different salon and so wasn't an easy task. If you want fabulous hair and an amazing experience This is the place! I am so glad i chose to go with this Salon. Jack made me feel so welcome and was very informative when telling me about the health of my hair. Paul is an absolute GENIUS! I went in wanting a perm on my natural curly yet unruly hair he not only took the time to explain why I didnt need one (I didnt believe him) once he was finished with my cut and treatment I could not believe it my hair is the CURLIEST I have ever seen it! He truly knows his stuff so now after 43 years I finally know how to look after my own hair properly. Cant wait for my next appointment with him. Thank you Paul! Service: Hairstyling
