        Was easy to book online, I wasn't sure what kind of balage to get but knew it would be difficult as my hair is dark brown they helped me see what kind of outcome I would have, great customer service and amazing outcome on my hair, would definitely go again!!

        My mum went for a wash and blow dry on 26th August which should have taken half hour instead.took 1 1/2 hr apprentice not knowing what she was doing needs more training !!!!
