Absolutely clueless. Barber couldnt cut a fade to save his life.

I booked this hairdressers for a haircut 18th February, after 6. It was booked through the link on their website, Booksy, and confirmed. I was assigned Amaan to cut my hair. After walking 30 minutes through the local storm to the hairdressers, it was shut. Why they let me book it in the first place I have no idea. There was no information on the door explaining why they were shut and their Google page suggests they should be open until 8. One wasted journey later, my hair hasnt been cut and Ive been left disappointed. Its hard to give more than one star when the service I booked and they confirmed wasnt even given and I was left outside a locked door after wading through a storm. Service: Scissor cut

Complete waste of my time and money! 2nd time I've booked online, drove into town, parked up walked to place for my appointment and it was shut! Why would you not inform people and still advertise and allow bookings to be made common courtesy.... Fuming

Would have been nice if they didn't talk to me the way they did. I have been here once before but this time it was unbearable. Wouldn't recommend one bit
