Absolutely brilliant service on Friday night. Lovely booth seats and excellent food. The atmosphere was really nice and the music from downstairs was great. Thank you so much for the birthday dessert surprise - a lovely touch.

What a lovely afternoon spent here with one of my friends! We were welcomed on arrival (great touch) and received lovely service from the female member of staff in today! We got a round of coffee, myself a large white wine, 2 mains which included the cheeseburger & thick cut chips, the fillet steak surf & turf along with a side of (gigantic) onion rings. The only criticism would be that the onion rings were probably TOO big lol. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful - by far my favourite Bar Luga setting out of the 3 Ive visited many times. It is slightly more pricey than other choices on gosforth high street but its a much nicer setting inside in my opinion. We received fantastic service along with 2 plates of amazing food - what more can you ask for! Other than maybe some decent music playing to create a bit more atmosphere. Highly recommend and will most definitely return
