Rude, obnoxious and high handed bouncers on the door. Would not accept a Citizenship Card as a valid form of ID, despite it containing a PASS hologram and being endorsed as a valid form of ID by the government, police and trading standards. Only having to temporarily use while waiting for my replacement driving licence. Unacceptable experience that management needs to address.

Dogs allowed in and found the staff friendly and helpful. Place is central to jesmond and nicely furnished. Would definitely go again
