Howlers

Rip off don't go.... the biggest rip off of my life. They was a group of 21 of us we booked for my sisters hen, we paid 1350 for a mix for the vip cocktail packed and 50 package some people in our group waiting 40 minutes for a drink, I was complaining to the manager who just kept telling me they were 3 staff short. Which doesn't help me when we have spent 1500 and only have 2 hours . Then we got one pizza between 21 of us which was cut into finger size slices which I didn't get any because they was enough for everyone. The cocktails we did get were like just of cheap juice, one of the waitresses dropped a full tray of drinks on my sister and didn't even say sorry. Will be telling everyone I can to avoid this place. And also the company we booked it with the last night of freedom. Worst experience ever

Total ripoff We paid 66 for cocktails and was sent cheap bottles of vk ,hooch and horrendous jugs of im still unsure what it was if u leave negative feedback u get blocked

Well, what can I say, this is the most disgusting place I have been to. Firstly the floor was sticky, doubt it had been cleaned in months!. Secondly, the drinks we had paid 67 pound for tasted like the dregs from left overs from ither rables. Plastic cups to drink from, like a childrens playgroud, not old enough to have a glass? Next, the staff, think they all need to go complete a customer services course, RUDE is not the word.!!!! 21 of us given 1 tray of pizza slices, not near enough for us all, when we asked where the rest of the food was the, waitress lifted the tray of left over pizza form another table. What a massive health and safety risk, just pass germs around shall we. The only decent thing about the place was the ball pool. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or your money, may as well just thrown it in the bin, it's easier.@

Came here last month for a hen party, 21 of us paid for the full package unlimited cocktails etc. 1500 altogether. When we first arrived there werent enough seats to accommodate us all, there where only 16 seats so some had to stand. I didnt receive a single cocktail the whole 2 hours. The pizza was cut into tiny slices and when some of our party didnt get any, the waitress picked the leftovers from another table and tried to offer us those!! We had high hopes for this place due to their fake image on social media. I attempted to leave an honest review on their Facebook page which they promptly deleted and blocked me. I wish we had read the actual reviews on trip advisor and Google as it seems many have had the same disorganised chaotic experience weve had. Please do not waste your money here. I never leave reviews but to pay all that money and not be given anything that was promised to us is disgusting. I did not pay nearly 70 to drink cheap warm Prosecco that was dumped on the table when we complained. Awful service just AVOID

Avoid this place! Total rip off a large group of us got the bottomless brunch! There was horrible warm Prosecco on the table- it was so sour no one could drink it. It took us an hour before getting our first (and last) cocktail and it was vile and totally undrinkable! I never got any pizza until the end and it was a tiny slice. I left stone cold sober and hungry! Im not one for negative reviews but this was totally unacceptable the price we all paid.
