Excellent customer service. I travelled to this branch as my local one had closed. After doing what I needed to with the help of a female member of staff she then showed me features of the mobile app which I wasn't aware of to save me time and travel in future. This was the morning of Saturday 15th April. Well done and thank you

They were rude, hesitant and was putting a lot of investigative questions just for a simple balance confirmation letter as part of my visa process. The women in the counter says she is not a fan of doing this letters ( in a rude way). I am average Indian by the way. Maybe it makes sense now.

Tried to pay in a cheque which was made out in my maiden name (recently married & had already changed my surname to married one before cheque arrived). Instantly got told sorry, cant help you. Theres nothing we can do. Youll have to ask the issuer to re do the cheque in your new name. That soon changed when I made the agent aware that Live Chat advised that actually, all I had to do was visit my local branch & that it wouldnt be a problem (they have a copy of my marriage certificate on file which shows my maiden name). Suddenly, I got told oh live chat said that? Ive never done that before so Ill have to get help to do it. So if youve never done it before - why automatically try and send customers away without even attempting to help? Stating it cant be done when the fact is, you didnt know and couldnt be bothered to ask. Total epitome of laziness in my opinion.

Aweful service , lost my bank card didnt even have a facility to use QR CODE to withdraw money from ATM Machines . The advisor told to google for the near branch myself when i asked for the near by branch. Very unhelpful service. Definitely will be stopping my 20 year banking service and take it to Barclays.
