Thursday 12th August 2021. 2.15pm For the second time in a few weeks I was in the Gosforth branch of HSBC bank. Whilst I was waiting in the queue to deposit a cheque into my account. A very young lady (team member) of the bank, helped me to deposit my cheque using the machine in the customer service area. This girl's attitude was lovley, she was very keen to help and she was kind, patient and caring. Some weeks ago the same girl put herself out to help me with registration of my new smart key. Nothing was to much trouble for her. She knew I had been unable to follow the process due to recent illness. In these days of harshness and poor service. I found this young lady to be a real breath of very fresh air, !! I hope you can commend her for her great customer service. Sorry I didn't get her name. She is a really good asset not only to Gosforth HSBC Bank, but to the industry. I hope she does well, with HSBC. Regards and thanks
