        Staff rude and not helpful. Queued for 30 minutes and the queue not even moving. Only two counter staffs and one was doing whatever not even trying to help when there's a ridiculous queue. Way to drive people away

        I came to the bank today because I wanted to settle a problem with the transaction. I was sure that the woman who works there to help the customers would help me but I didn't get any help. I don't understand how you can be lazy when it's her job. She told me to call online and get it sorted. My question is who will reimburse me the time and money to come to the bank? I do not recommend. I think that because of such a situation I will close my account on Monday and go to another bank.

        Easy access to ATMs if you are not bothered with being served by a machine

        Website tells you to go into a branch to open an ISA account if you don't already bank with Barclays, but doesn't mention that they will only see you by appointment, so wasted a trip. Ended up going with Virgin Money who offer similar interest rates but allow for online applications.
